Baby Gets Benadryl
>> Saturday, May 17, 2008

So there we have it. This just sealed the fate of the vas deferens, no more atopic kids for me, I'm out! Just point us in the direction of the nearest urologist. Poor baby got his first taste of Benadryl today after what seemed like a pretty benign breakfast of barley cereal. Bummer. He did, however, invent a new way to itch his belly by twirling in circles on the carpet. Pretty ingenious I thought.

Oh those pictures bring back memories, sometimes I forget how far we've come. My baby (now 6) used to rub her wrists on her crib sheets until they blead...she knew how to scratch before she could sit up on her own. I hope your little one is feeling better! Mine is allergic to gluten, and barley tested higher than wheat...I'll keep a good thought for you that this was just a one time thing.
Thanks! He's always been a rashy kid, but I kinda hoped it was just bad skin and not allergies. Now I'm just putting on my seatbelt and buckling down for another run of this stuff.
Hi again. Thanks for the comment you left. We definitely have similar issues. I am so grateful for the blog world. I have learned so much, and have a lot of support. I love the positive blogs like yours though.
My baby loves to sit on the carpet and rub his little ankles while he in a trans like state :). Poor kids. I look forward to getting some more yummy recipes.
