My boys and I LOVED the filling as a pudding! I used chocolate Natura soy milk and Enjoy Life chocolate chips. Living in Canada, I have yet to find a product for dairy free "whipped cream".

As far as I can tell, Rich's Whip (Blue Can) is dairy free, I linked in this post to the ingredients I posted in a previous post (does that make sense?). They make two other similar products, but both of those have sodium caseinate and are labelled "non-dairy". I haven't called the company to hash out the "natural flavoring" portion, but my 5 year old anaphylaxed 6 months ago after a sip of cow's milk, so I'll assume she's pretty sensitive, and she eats the stuff with glee.
