You could easily half or even quarter the recipe if you only need 3-4. Fortunately, the filling ingredients are so cheap, you don't need to feel bad if you throw out some after playing around. I did find the foil at our big local craft store, Hobby Lobby. It still wasn't big enough, so I had to use two sheets per egg.
